PROJECT OVERVIEW

A superb Garden Room has been designed and built for our clients in Verwood.

Building size 7.5 x 4.5m, contains two rooms, a bespoke kitchenette and a useful shower room – creating valuable multifunctional accommodation for the family.

A useful airing cupboard houses a 125 litre pressurised stored water cylinder, this provides the hot water to the shower and basin and alleviates any pressure dropping issues when someone in the main house is also using water.

EGR provides a total turnkey solution to include all the electrics, drainage, foul and water connections, together with reinforced concrete foundations.  Trenching contains the water supply, armoured cable, foul pipes and cat6 data cable.

Clad in contemporary composite board in black, this is maintenance free which is perfect for the modern, busy family life.

Finished off with black windows and doors which include integral blinds within the sealed units operated via magnetic control bar to control the light and heat into the building – a great dust free option!

Quickstep quality laminate flooring, fully plastered and painted internally for a contemporary feel.

Building Regulations on the drainage and connections have been signed off by Building Control.

All buildings by EGR are permanent and comply to Schedule 2 of the Building Regulations 2010.
