PROJECT OVERVIEW

A superb contemporary Garden Office measuring 5.2m x 4.7m has been designed and built for our clients who work from home.

The unusual shape makes this unique build stand out from the rest, the aluminium anthracite windows/doors compliment the silver grey Cedral Weatherboard cladding.

The garden building has been split into two rooms connected by an internal door.   The left half as a bright office with plenty of windows letting in natural light with views over the garden.  This is important when creating an aesthetic working environment.  On the right hand side we have designed a room suitable for use as a workshop, with practical rubber floor tiles and panelled french doors.

Electrics include connections at both the house and garden room; plenty of double power sockets, external security light, LED down lights, Cat6 data point, audio sockets, heating and smoke alarms.

Build time 3 weeks.
