PROJECT OVERVIEW

A superb sized Garden Room with toilet facilities has been built for our client in South West London, to be used as an office and gym.

Measuring 6m x 4.3m externally, this beautiful room is bespoke in design with plenty of windows to appreciate the wonderful views over the garden.

The building is clad in Western Red Cedar on the front and right elevations which has been protected against UV damage.  The left and rear elevations are clad with Cedral Weatherboard in grey/green colour.

A small additional foundation to the left has been made for an ‘off the shelf’ shed, this is a much cheaper option than incorporating storage within the garden room.

The electrical package includes power sockets, LED down lights, external security light, smoke detector and Cat6 data point.  An Air Conditioning Unit has been installed which provides both heating and cooling, this is becoming extremely popular and much more efficient to run than underfloor heating.

We installed a cassette toilet into this build, this toilet solution is perfect for clients that don’t have services nearby to connect to, it has an integrated flush tank and a ceramic bowl.

An electronic flat glass roof light, operated via remote control with rain sensor size 900mm x 1200mm, brings in a good amount of natural light into the centre of the garden room.

As with all our garden rooms, it is built to the highest quality and standard, with the same specification of a new build house.
