A superb Garden Room designed  and built for our client in Winchester to be used as a gym.
Measuring 8m x 3.5m externally, this beautiful room is bespoke in design with corner style aluminium windows to appreciate the views over the garden.
Clad with maintenance free cladding, with its ‘0’ rating for fire and its painted finish which will not fade, making it a practical, contemporary product.
The electrical package includes power sockets, LED down lights, heater, external security light, smoke detector and data point.
As with all our garden rooms, it is built to the highest quality and standard with 140mm of insulation in the walls making it once of the most insulated garden rooms on the market.
