PROJECT OVERVIEW

A Garden Room has been designed and built – creating valuable multifunctional space for the whole family.

Building size 8 x 4m, contains a lovely large area for arts & crafts, plus a smaller office together with toilet facilities.

EGR provides a total turnkey solution to include all the electrics, drainage, foul and water connections, together with reinforced concrete foundations.  Trenching contains the water supply, armoured cable, foul pipes and cat6 data cable.

Clad in contemporary Cedral Weatherboard, which is maintenance free and comes in many different colours.

Finished off with anthracite grey windows and french doors with views over the garden.

Laminate flooring, fully plastered and painted internally for a contemporary feel.

Building Regulations on the drainage and connections have been signed off by Building Control.

EGR handle both Planning and Building Control applications on our clients behalf.  All buildings by EGR are permanent and comply to Schedule 2 of the Building Regulations 2010.
