A superb sized Garden Room with toilet facilities has been built for our client in Poole, to be used as a gym and home office.
Measuring 9m x 4m externally, this beautiful room is bespoke in design with plenty of windows for a light and airy feel.
Clad with composite Weatherboard, with its ‘0’ rating for fire and its painted finish which will not fade, it is a practical, contemporary product.
The electrical package includes power sockets, LED down lights, external security light, smoke detector, heating and Cat6 data point.
We installed a cassette toilet into this build, this toilet solution is perfect for clients that don’t have services nearby to connect to, it has an integrated flush tank and a ceramic bowl.

We install a reinforced concrete foundation, this ensures no nesting opportunities for rodents and foxes.
As with all our garden rooms, it is built to the highest quality and standard.
