A lovely Garden Office has been built in an overgrown corner of the garden, which has created an amazing work space.
Size 3.5m x 3.8m.
Our standard electrical package includes heating, LED recessed internal and external down lights, smoke alarm, external security light as well as workplace essentials such as Cat6 and plenty of power sockets.
Build on a fully reinforced concrete foundation for longevity with the added benefit that rodents and foxes can NOT nest underneath.
Our buildings use only high quality Rigid Insulation: 140mm in the walls, 100mm in the floor and 100mm in the ceiling, making them one of the highest insulated garden rooms on the market.
Our high specification includes warm deck construction and 18mm OSB for all external sheathing.
