PROJECT OVERVIEW

This bespoke 3.4m x 5.4m garden room in London includes a storage area at the rear.
The building is clad in wood stained oak Cedral Weatherboard and finished internally with beautiful engineered wood flooring.
The electrical package includes connection to the consumer unit in the clients house, together with power sockets, contemporary panel heater, LED down lights, external security light, smoke detector and Cat6a data point.
Planning was obtained to allow for a 2.7m height, anything over 2.5m requires planning permission if within a metre of the boundary.
Build time 2 weeks.
