We have designed this superb bespoke Garden Office to create a perfect setting for our client to work from home.The building is 6.4 metres by 5.5 metres in size.The bespoke shape on the front elevation, allows lots of natural light to flood the room, creating a lovely working environment with aspects over the garden. The large square Velux roof light brings in natural light from above, there is something very calming about looking up at the sky and birds while you work.
Electrics include connections to the clients house via armoured cable with 14 LED recessed down lights internally, external PIR light, Cat6 data point, smoke alarm, 10 double power sockets, 5 single power sockets, external double power socket, in the garden office.
Integrated flexible shelving system was built into the desk area.
With all garden rooms which are built within 1 metre of the boundary and over 15 square metres (internal) size, a Building Control application is requried. If Building control is not sought, it will effect the conveyancing process on sale of your property.
