A stunning garden annexe which has a contemporary light and airy feel, this annexe is 7m x 5m and was built 80 metres from the main property, the groundworks were extensive with trenches housing 32mm water pipe, 35mm armoured cable, 63mm foul and cat5 data cable.

The building contains a lounge and kitchenette, a spacious shower room and a double bedroom.  There are lots of windows to the front, with aspects overlooking the gardens and 2 stunning Velux roof lights which let in a good amount of natural light.
