PROJECT OVERVIEW

Stunning garden room designed and built for a local artist.
The garden room has an external size of 6m x 3.4m, two Velux roof lights let in lots of natural light.
Integral shelving has been fitted at one end to provide a useful office area.
It is clad with Cedral Weatherboard which is sympathetic to the surroundings and is favoured by building control due to its good fire ratings, this is especially advantageous when building close to a neighbours boundary. Cedral board retains its colour and doesn’t fade.
Build time 3 weeks.

We live in a small courtyard development, accessed through an archway into a shared space. Ben took the trouble to liaise with neighbours and to ensure that deliveries did not inconvenience them. Alison is an amazing administrator and was so helpful even down to choosing every last detail. They both have a wonderful ‘can do’ attitude. I cannot praise or thank them enough. I am delighted with my painting studio.
