PROJECT OVERVIEW

This beautiful bespoke Artist Studio has been designed to provide a practical working space with lots of natural light, situated in the most stunning setting overlooking countryside.

Measuring 8m x 3.5m externally, this garden room provides plenty of working area for materials and equipment used in the creation of amazing artwork.

An air conditioning unit has been installed to provide both cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.  The unit has wifi built in so you can control it via an app on your mobile, which is very easy to use.  It also has a movement sensor where it powers down if no one is in the room, freeing up wall space.

Composite cladding for easy maintenance in a light mist colour, together with anthracite grey windows/doors.

Full electrical package including power sockets, LED down lights, TP WiFi point, A/C and electrical connections in both the garden room and house.
