PROJECT OVERVIEW

We have designed this superb bespoke garden room to fit into the corner of the garden. The room measures 4m x 4.4m in size.
This practical beauty studio has toilet facilities, which required building control sign off, we take care of this process for you.
The building contains a range of fitted units – perfect for storing towels and equipment and a further hand basin for treatments.
Electrics include an external PIR light, internal and external LED downlights, smoke alarm and Cat6 data.
The building has been clad using Cedral Weatherboard for a low maintenance, contemporary and stylish finish.
