PROJECT OVERVIEW

A bespoke garden room measuring 7m X 4.5m has been designed for our clients in Havant to be used as a gym.

The garden room has been split into 3 areas, a large room for gym/multifunctional use, a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin and a spacious entrance hall.

Smart aluminium bi-folding doors fold back letting in lots of natural light and access beautiful views of the garden.  The sealed units have been fitted with Morley integral blinds to control the light coming into the building.

The electrical package includes connection to the consumer unit in the clients house, together with power sockets, LED down lights internally and externally, cat 6A data point, extractor fan in the cloakroom and a smoke alarm.

A large electronic Velux roof light comes with remote control and rain sensor closing – a smart upgrade feature.

The Daikin Air Conditioning unit provides both cooling and heating, it comes with wifi built in so you can control it via an app on your mobile, this top of the range model powers off when no movement is detected in the building, making it extremely energy efficient.

The building is clad with Cedral Weatherboard, a maintenance free option which is guaranteed against rot for 50 years – looks contemporary and stylish.

As with all our projects we offer a Turnkey solution, from trenching for the drainage, connections for the water, foul and electricity.

Build time 3 weeks.
