PROJECT OVERVIEW

A stunning ‘his & hers’ Garden Office measuring 7.4m x 3.4m has been designed and built for our clients who work from home.  Two offices with a toilet and kitchenette in the centre of the building.

A beautiful combination of materials makes this a truly unique build, with render on the front painted in white, composite cladding on the sides and rear of the building in grey.

Electrics include connections at both the house and garden room; double power sockets, external power socket, external security light, LED down lights, TP Cat6 data points, panel heaters and smoke alarms.  An outside tap was installed.

The contemporary cloakroom and practical kitchenette includes fridge, composite sink, under sink water heater and storage.

EGR gives you peace of mind by handling the whole project for you, including connections to the mains services, pumping station, electrics and foundations. The drainage connections were signed off by Building Control per regulations.
