This stunning Garden Annexe is perfect for one person, this very bespoke building has been designed to fit into the corner of the garden.

Building size 30m2 has all you need for independent living.  A lounge/kitchen, single bedroom area, shower room and a cupboard which houses the pressurised water system.

We recommend fitting a 125 litre pressurised water cylinder to all our Garden Annexe builds to supply the kitchen, shower and basin with hot water.  We are one of only a few companies that go to the lengths of incorporating such systems, which has the benefit of providing consistent water pressure.  No fear of being in the shower and someone in the house turning the tap on resulting in your shower petering out.  It also provides a handy airing cupboard to store towels and bedding.

The half height wall divides the living space and the bedroom allowing a backdrop for the sofa and bed to be placed.  Having an open plan design makes it feel larger, light and airy.

The walls in the shower room have been fully tiled in a contemporary grey style, the large shower area is finished with a 8mm easy clean sliding glass door.

The colour of the aluminium windows and door in an unusual choice in a Sensations Desert Grey finish.

The front and left of the exterior have been rendered and painted in ‘off white’ giving it a very modern feel, whilst the right hand side and rear of the building have been clad in Cedral Weatherboard – a zero maintenance cladding option which comes in many different colours.

The extensive groundworks included digging the trenches for the foul pipes, water supply, armoured cable and Cat6 cable.

Planning permission was required as the Garden Room will be used for sleeping accommodation.  Building control sign off was also arranged as part of the Turnkey service we provide.
