This bespoke garden office has been designed to provide office space with views over the garden with a useful shower room and kitchenette.

With a building size of 6.5 x 3.5m it creates a functional extension to the family home.

The shower room includes shower wall panels in a white sparkle finish to compliment the white sparkle floor tiles, a contemporary toilet, basin with vanity under and a quadrant shower enclosure with electric shower.

EGR provided a total turnkey solution to include all the electrics, drainage, foul and water connections, together with the reinforced concrete foundations.

An air conditioning unit was installed to provide heating in the winter and cooling in the summer, an increasingly popular optional extra.
