A fantastic bespoke shape garden room built close to the client’s pool in Ascot.
This multipurpose garden room is split into two areas, to the left is a storage area accessed by a single door both externally and internally.
To the right is a large room with shower/toilet facilities, kitchenette and a desk area for home working. The client chose to have both french doors and a single door so that they can access the room from the front and directly from the poolside.
The corner aspect of full height glass panes creates a superb outlook over the pool area and brings in lots of natural light into the main room.
Works included clearing the site and taking down 2 existing sheds, trenching for the water supply and foul.
Electrics included connections at both the house end and at the garden room, air conditioning, LED down lights, Cat6 data point and smoke alarm.
Price per square metre £1,500 including vat. Size 30.75 square metres.
