A lovely garden room measuring 4m x 4m, built for our client to use as a music room.
Built on a reinforced concrete foundation, resilient bar in the ceiling make-up reduces both vibration and noise penetration to enhance sound quality.
Electrics include LED down lights, power sockets, smoke alarm, external security light, cat6 data point, panel heater and connections to the house via 30 metres of armoured cable.
The opening windows on the front elevation bring in lots of natural light and provide ventilation, the composite front door is a lovely feature.
