A lovely garden room has been completed in Chiswick measuring 3.7m X 4m externally.
This terrace house in London had no access to the garden other than through the house, EGR’s provided a turnkey solution by carrying out a hand dig and moving all the spoil from the garden through the house (approx. 9 tonne). The materials were brought in through the house and the building was hand built on site.
Executive Garden Rooms have extensive experience in building garden rooms in London properties, where there is no access to the garden other than going through the property. When we are dealing with beautiful properties, due care and consideration by the team is paramount, having a company director on site every day during the project is a must and something we pride ourselves with on every job.
In addition to the garden room, we prepared the site by removing an existing timber shed and replacing 5 fence posts.
The garden room is clad with Western Red Cedar, which compliments the dark grey windows/doors. The 1m x 1m electric opening Velux roof light with remote and rain sensor, lets in a good amount of natural light.
Electrics include connections at both the house and garden room; double power sockets, external power socket, LED downlights; smoke alarm and pendant light fitting.
We assembled the freestanding units for the clients, which sit nicely on the back wall.
