PROJECT OVERVIEW

This stunning multi-functional garden room has been designed for our clients in Highcliffe, Dorset.

Measuring 4.7m x 4.1m, this is perfect space for entertaining.

This lovely room is clad in Cedral Weatherboard on the rear and left sides and rendered on the front and right sides and painted to match the house.

Electrical connections to the house include LED down lights, smoke alarm, thermostatic panel heater, power sockets, Wifi and external lighting.

Integral blinds have been installed within the sealed units, operated via magnetic control bar to control the light and heat into the building.

The large expanse of glass on the front and sides of the garden room creates a light and airy internal space, as well as plenty of ventilation.  The garden room has stunning views over the garden.

To finish off the project, we completed the retaining block work at the side of the garden.

Build time 3 weeks.

Feedback from client:

We are thrilled with the garden room, it has turned out better than the brick built option we had initially planned.  Everyone that has seen it has commented on how lovely it is and have been amazed at the standard of workmanship.
