Size 6m x 3.4m, this bespoke garden room is being used as a space for the whole family to enjoy, it includes a handy storage room.

A large electric Velux with rain sensor has been fitted, this lovely feature brings in lots of light and provides additional ventilation.

Clad in maintenance free composite cladding in light grey colour, with anthracite grey window frames.

Electrical connections to the house include LED down lights, smoke alarm, heating, power sockets, Wifi and external lighting.

French doors to the front elevation create a light and airy internal space, with stunning views over the garden.
