PROJECT OVERVIEW

A unique Garden Room has been built at the end of the garden, finishing off a beautifully landscaped garden.  External size 5.5m x 3.5m.

Our standard electrical package includes, LED recessed internal and external down lights, smoke alarm, external security light as well as workplace essentials such as WiFi connection and plenty of power sockets.

Aluminium bi-fold doors to the front allows the garden room to converge into the garden space, while side and rear windows provide additional light and ventilation.

Integral blinds have been installed within the sealed units, these are a lovely feature to control light and provide privacy.

A stunning decorative rain chain has been installed as an alternative to a down pipe to provide a unique water feature, widely used in Japan.

Western Red Cedar cladding to the front and left side has been painted in black to harmonise with the Japanese theme of the landscape, with Cedral Weatherboard cladding in black to the right side and rear elevations.  Cedral Weatherboard is a practical, maintenance free cladding option.

Our garden buildings use only high quality rigid insulation, they are one of the highest insulated garden rooms on the market.  Our high specification includes warm deck construction and 18mm OSB for all external sheathing.
