PROJECT OVERVIEW

A superb Garden Room measuring 6m x 3m has been designed and built in Wareham, Dorset and will be used as an arts and crafts studio.

The large expanse of windows along the front together with the corner aspect window brings in lots of natural light, with amazing views over the garden.  A soffit on both sides is recommended because it gives a balanced feel, especially when there are full height windows on the side elevation.

Clad in maintenance free Cedral Weatherboard in light brown, it compliments the black windows perfectly.

A run of kitchen units with ceramic sink has been installed, which is a practical optional extra for any artist.  This kitchen looks amazing.

The electrical package includes LED down lights, WiFi, smoke alarm, plenty of power sockets and Part P certification.

This room was built within 3 weeks and our client is delighted with the results.
