PROJECT OVERVIEW

Our latest project is a superb garden room for a family in Wimbledon, measuring 5.7m x 4.7m.
It contains a spacious contemporary shower room with a resin shower tray, Mira shower, toilet and vanity unit.
The building is clad with maintenance free Cedral Weatherboard, available in various modern colours.
The floor has been finished with practical porcelain tiles for easy cleaning.
A large electronic opening Velux roof light operated via a remote control with rain sensor has been installed to let in lots of natural light,
An air conditioning unit has been installed to provide both cooling and heating, an efficient way to control the temperature all year round.
The electrical package includes connection to the consumer unit in the clients house, together with power sockets, LED down lights internal and external, cat 6 data point, extractor fan and fan heater in the shower room and a smoke alarm.
As with all our projects we offer a Turnkey solution, from trenching for the drainage, connections for the water, foul and electricity.
Building Control sign off is required for all projects including connections to mains services; we arrange this as part of the project management.
