PROJECT OVERVIEW

We have recently completed a lovely garden room with shower room and a separate storage room for our client in Worcester Park, measuring 7.5m x 3.2m.
Lots of London gardens are long and thin, this project is a good example of how our bespoke buildings are designed for a good fit.
A fantastic light and airy multifunctional space for a home gym or as an office to work from home, together with a spacious shower room with toilet. At the rear of the building is a separate storage room with access via a single door on the side of the building.
Clad in a Cedral Weatherboard which is maintenance free, finished off with anthracite grey windows and doors.
The roof falls from right to left to allow water to drain off to the guttering, a facade detail on the front of the building hides the fall so that it looks seamless from the house.
All trenching and drainage are done by our team as part of the project, Building Regulations on the drainage and connections is signed off by Building Control, remember all buildings by EGR are permanent and comply to Schedule 2 of the Building Regulations 2010.
