PROJECT OVERVIEW

A stunning bespoke Garden Room has been designed to provide practical additional space with views over the garden.

Building size of 5.9 x 3.5m which contains a large room together with a useful shower room with toilet – creating a valuable extension to the family home.

EGR provided a total turnkey solution to include all the electrics, drainage, foul and water connections, together with reinforced concrete foundations.

Clad in a Cedral Weatherboard which is maintenance free and comes in many different colours.

Finished off with anthracite grey windows and a single door.  The windows and door have been fitted with integral blinds within the sealed double glazed units, these control the light into the building – with the added benefit of being dust free.

Building Regulations on the drainage and connections have been signed off by Building Control.  All buildings by EGR are permanent and comply to Schedule 2 of the Building Regulations 2010.

From start to finish the team – Alison, John, Gavin and Paul – from Executive Garden Rooms were friendly, efficient, skilled and professional.  We are absolutely delighted with our garden room which is comfortable, warm and exactly as we wanted.  Gavin and John built the room in the most awful weather working twelve hour days until they had completed the days’ schedule of work.  Paul and Gavin returned later to complete the beautiful patio and path to finish off the project.  We cannot recommend this company highly enough and are happy to show anyone in our area (North Devon) who is thinking of using them the completed room.
