This truly bespoke garden office has been designed to provide office space with views over the garden with a separate storage room and a useful shower room.
With a building size of 3.5 x 5.5m plus an additional external space to the left of the building behind the facade front wall line of 3.5 square metres for storage of bikes etc, this is a versatile solution to create additional space to the property.
EGR provided a total turnkey solution to include all the electrics, drainage, foul and water connections, together with the reinforced concrete foundations.
An air conditioning unit was installed to provide heating in the winter and cooling in the summer, an increasingly popular optional extra.
