PROJECT OVERVIEW

A bespoke Garden Room has been designed and built to provide the family with practical, additional space to work from home.

Building size 6 x 4m which contains a large room together with a spacious shower room – creating a valuable extension to the family home.

A useful airing cupboard houses a 125 litre pressurised stored water cylinder, this provides the hot water to the shower and basin and alleviates any pressure dropping issues when someone in the main house is also using water.

EGR provides a total turnkey solution to include all the electrics, drainage, foul and water connections, together with reinforced concrete foundations.  The ground works were extensive in very tricky wet weather conditions.  A pumping station was installed to take the foul to the mains and lengthy trenching containing the water supply, armoured cable, foul pipes and cat6 data cable.

Clad in a Cedral Weatherboard in grey/green – this excellent option is maintenance free and comes in many different colours.

Finished off with white french doors and windows either side containing Georgian bars to match the house.

Laminate flooring, fully plastered and painted internally for a contemporary feel.

Building Regulations on the drainage and connections have been signed off by Building Control.  All buildings by EGR are permanent and comply to Schedule 2 of the Building Regulations 2010.
