A stunning Garden Room has been designed to provide Guest Accommodation for our clients in Bristol.
With an external size of 6m x 4.3m, it contains a spacious ensuite, kitchenette and an open plan area for a double bed and seating area.
Executive Garden Rooms removed the old concrete base which was unstable and installed a new concrete foundation, as part of the turnkey project EGR manage the connections to the mains services including trenchwork and drainage requirements.
The electrics include LED down lights, power sockets, smoke alarm, 2 external security lights, Cat6 data point and heating.
The shower room is tiled in a contemporary grey colour, a large 1200mm x 800mm shower enclosure with a glass sliding door, Mira Sport electric shower, vanity unit and toilet.
The kitchenette includes plenty of storage space for occasional use.
Clad in Cedral Weatherboard which is a contemporary, maintenance free product. This top specification, highly insulated garden room will add value to any property.
This project required Planning Permission and Building Control as the use is for sleeping accommodation, EGR arrange this on our client’s behalf to ensure the project runs smoothly, on time and to budget.
Priced from £1,500 per square metre including Vat, electrical connections, trenching and connections for foul & water.
