PROJECT OVERVIEW

A practical and stylish garden room with toilet and kitchen facilities has been designed for the client to use as a holistic treatment room.
The garden room is 7m x 4m, it is clad in Western Red Cedar and finished with underfloor heating and contemporary floor tiles.
Full height windows create a light and airy internal space which overlook the wonderful gardens.
Build time 3 weeks.

” After doing lots of research on the web, we invited 3 companies to come and have a chat and give us a price. It was quite obvious from our first meeting with Ben that his professionalism and passion for his product shone through. The key factor for us was that EGR’s offered a turn key service which was just what we were looking for, we didn’t want the stress of having to tie up with different trades to get the project finished.
From our very first meeting with Ben, we knew that EGR’s were the company we wanted to build our garden room. The room was to be used as a holistic training studio so needed to be finished to a high spec and be a safe, inviting environment for students to learn in.
From day one we knew we had made the right choice, Ben and his team were on time and worked tirelessly through the rain without any complaints! Ben was on site everyday and with the help of his tradesmen the structure soon took shape.
If there were any problems we never knew about them. Ben was true to his word and organised all the trades and didn’t bother us with any of this. Great!
The project was finished on time without any hiccups. While Ben is on site, Alison is at the end of the phone or email answering any queries and giving valuable advice if needed.
We now have an amazing holistic training studio which is a wonderful environment for our students and tutors to work in.
