This 41 square metre building has 2 separate internal rooms to be used as a gym and hobby room for the family, with a modern cloakroom.

There are windows to the front, with aspects overlooking the garden and a large Velux roof light, which lets in a good amount of natural light.

This garden room includes underfloor heating and is finished with Karndean Flooring. It is clad with Cedral Weatherboard which is sympathetic to the surroundings.

This project required Building Control sign off, as it has been inspected and signed off by Building Control, the clients will be able to include them in their property valuation this increases the value and marketability of the property.
