PROJECT OVERVIEW

We have recently finished a superb Multifunctional Garden Room comprising a large open space to be used as a games room/study area, cloakroom and an office with a lovely outlook to the garden.
Measuring 8m x 4m, the garden room has been designed with our clients to provide a flexible space, which can be used by the whole family.
The building is clad with Cedral Weatherboard in a contemporary grey/green finish.
Electrics include connections at both the house and garden room; 6 internal double power sockets, 2 external security lights, 15 LED down lights, Cat6 data point, heating and 2 smoke alarms.
An Air Conditioning unit has been installed to provide both cooling and heating.
The office has been fitted with flexible shelving and an electronic Velux roof light operated by remote with rain sensor which brings in lots of light overhead making it a motivating working environment.
The contemporary cloakroom includes a toilet and space saving vanity unit in a fantastic grey colour.
EGR gives you peace of mind by handling the whole project for you, including connections to the mains services, electrics and foundations. The drainage connections were signed off by Building Control per regulations.
At under £1500 per square metre, this building is extremely good value for money.
