PROJECT OVERVIEW

A bespoke garden room measuring 5.2m X 4.1m has been designed for our clients in Esher.
The garden room has been split into 3 areas, a large room for a grand piano, a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin and a spacious entrance hall.
Additional sound proofing has been included in this build, because it is to be used as a music room, we enhanced it with SoundBloc plasterboard, resilient bar in the ceiling and walls and triple glazing in the windows/door.
As with all our projects we offer a Turnkey solution, from trenching for the drainage, connections for the water, foul and electricity.
The electrical package includes connection to the consumer unit in the clients house, together with power sockets, LED down lights internally and externally, cat 6A data point, extractor fan in the cloakroom, panel heaters and a smoke alarm.
The building is clad with Cedral Weatherboard in a new colour, which looks contemporary and stylish.
Build time 3 weeks.
